     We know it has been a while since we were last in touch with you, so we would like to bring you up to date with developments.  We have been busy preparing our response to the application and have employed a landscape consultant to advise us on this crucial area.

       Enertrag continues to prepare the planning application.  We know they are taking background noise readings and surveying the area.  Nothing has been submitted and we will let you know as soon as anything happens on this front. 

      Our Action Group has received strong local support with membership approaching 1400.  We still need more people to show their support, so please encourage your friends, family and neighbours to help us by signing up.  Local support is our most powerful weapon against this inappropriate scheme.

      There have been rumours circulating about a possible tie-up between the Linton wind farm and the proposed eco town at Hanley Grange, Hinxton. Please do let us know if you have any information about this potential link,
     Many of you have expressed various concerns about this scheme, particularly relating to the possibility of noise.  It was interesting to read a letter on page 3 of the June Linton News
