This is an excellent step forward in our campaign.  These votes clearly indicate to both South Cambs and Uttlesford District Councils that local residents are firmly opposed to this application, and that there are substantial valid reasons under planning guidelines to reject this application.

I would like to thank everyone involved in the campaign for all their hard work; these votes are a great milestone for us.

However, the process roles on with next steps being assessments and determinations by South Cambs and Uttlesford District Councils.  Our understanding of current timescales is that this needs to be done by early June.  We will update you on the process going forward, and in the meantime, please continue with your efforts in ensuring that the district councils and your MPs know your views, (and you can locate their contact details at StopLWF Contacts)
